COILS AND COIL HANDLING GRIPPERS WITH A HOLE IN A HORIZONTAL AXIS
This equipment is designed to have low structural weight and minimal overall dimensions to make it easy to use; it is operated by a rack-and-pinion system, and standard equipment includes sensors that preclude opening with load present, maximum opening limit switches and inclinometers with interlock on overhead crane ascent.
Various options and accessories are available: latch pin with spring safety, integrated 360-degree continuous rotation device, internal and external polyurethane protective linings to prevent damage to the coils, wear-resistant steel or aluminum jaw foot linings, side sensors with travel interlocks on the overhead crane, light dome indicating sensor status, photocell for coil hole centering and radio control.
They are commonly supplied with parking and transport stand.
SHEET METAL PACKAGE HANDLING CLAMPS
This equipment is designed for handling sheet metal packages and equipped with compact jaws for loading and unloading inside transport vehicles and storage holds in warehouses.
They can be equipped with various options and accessories: 360-degree motorized rotation device, safety load limiter, weighing system, radio control and different types of jaws for gripping material.
